In 1928, the political crisis in Yugoslavia reached a boiling
point it would not be able to return from, as blood was spilled on
the Parliament floor. (To clarify, there is no Round 1, you haven't
missed an episode, this is just the second major assassination of
the narrative).

In 1925, Yugoslavia's two great rivals, Stjepan Radić and Nikola Pašić, finally buried the hatchet and formed a government together. Then they remembered why they hated each other in the first place, and the government got nothing done.
